外部研修会に参加しました。
先月初めに岐阜県の認定こども園の公開保育にまゆみ先生が参加し、先週は高浜市の保育園の公開保育に園長先生とみー先生が参加してきました。
園内研修だけでなく、外部の保育園の保育を見て検討会で意見交換することはとても勉強になります。研修のあとは報告会でスタッフ間共有し、まほろばの保育に生かしていけるようにします。
実践や研修をひとつひとつ積み重ねて保育の質の向上を目指しています。

Mahoroba’s teachers participated in an external workshop recently.
At the beginning of last month, Mayumi-sensei participated in a public childcare of a certified children’s school in Gifu Prefecture, and last week, the principal and Mi-sensei participated in a public childcare in a nursery school in Takahama City.
We not only have external training, but we also exchange opinions at a review meeting after observing childcare at an external nursery school. It is a great learning experience for our teachers. After the training, we will share it with the staff at a debriefing session so that we can use it for childcare in Mahoroba.
We aim to improve the quality of childcare by accumulating practices and training one by one.
